SAFROON SAYANSKY

The 'Safron Sayansky' apple variety is a frost-hardy and winter-hardy variety of Siberian selection, distinguished by high yield and long-term fruit storage. The tree is of medium height with a rounded, moderately dense crown, ensuring ease of care and harvest collection. The variety's origin is Krasnoyarsk Krai, which confirms its adaptation to harsh climatic conditions, disease resistance, and good tolerance to urban environments.

The fruits ripen in the first decade of September and can be stored for up to 150 days, making the variety especially valuable for long-term use. Apples have a rounded, slightly ribbed shape, weighing up to 30 grams. The base color of the fruits is yellow with a blurred and striped red covering, while the flesh is creamy, fine-grained, juicy, and sweet-sour in taste. Thanks to their taste qualities and universal purpose, the fruits are suitable for both fresh consumption and canning.

A feature of the variety is its decorative nature: the burgundy-pink flowers of the apple tree possess bright and unusual beauty, setting this tree apart from other varieties. The yield of the variety reaches about 65 centners per hectare, making it attractive for commercial cultivation.
