Apple RASPBERRY NECKLACE

The columnar apple 'Raspberry Necklace' is a compact tree with a narrow canopy, allowing it to be grown in limited spaces with a dense planting scheme. The tree has an average growth rate and reaches a height of about 1.3-1.4 meters by the fifth year. Blooming occurs at medium terms, with abundant opening of red-purple flowers with a strong aroma, which adds decorative appeal to the plant. Leaves have a dark green color with a reddish-brown tint, and shoots are brown, which highlights the decorative effect.

The fruits of the 'Raspberry Necklace' apple are distinguished by their large size, juicy and fragrant flesh of a pink hue. Apples have a red-raspberry color with a waxy bloom and have a pleasant dessert taste. The tree is characterized by stable and high yields, bearing fruit abundantly, making it an excellent choice both for decorative greening and for obtaining edible fruits. Fruits remain on the tree at medium terms, which is convenient for harvesting.

The variety is distinguished by high resistance to most diseases, as well as medium winter hardiness, heat and drought resistance. Apple trees prefer sunny areas with drained and fertile soils, protected from strong winds. Due to its undemanding nature and compactness, 'Raspberry Necklace' is suitable for gardeners who want to get a quality harvest on a limited area, combining decorative and fruit qualities.
