The apple color varies from green to lemon-yellow with a reddish blush, giving them an attractive appearance. The skin is dense and elastic, ensuring good fruit storage. The flesh has a very dense, fine-grained structure and makes a characteristic crunch when bitten. The taste is sour-astringent with a light pleasant sweetness and pronounced muscat-honey notes, while the aroma is refreshing and pleasant. The apple tree "Carmelita" is a self-fertile culture, which simplifies care and increases yield stability. Despite high disease resistance, preventive treatments are recommended to protect against insect pests. Due to its qualities and compact size, this apple tree is excellent for growing in limited spaces, such as home plots and urban gardens, ensuring a stable and tasty harvest.
