Minkar

The Mincar apple tree is a low-growing tree with a compact pyramidal or spindle-shaped crown, distinguished by high winter hardiness and resistance to fungal diseases. This variety is early-bearing and high-yielding, well-adapted to dry weather and has high transportability. Mincar apple saplings are suitable for garden cultivation and are 60 cm tall, making planting and care easier.

The fruits of the Mincar apple tree weigh between 130 and 200 grams and have a long, truncated-oval shape. The skin is thin, medium-dense, dry with a waxy coating, colored in yellowish-white-green with a slight pink blush. The flesh is white, fine-grained, tender and very juicy, with a delicate dessert-like sweet-tart flavor rated at 4.8 points, along with a mild tea rose aroma.

The fruit ripens from mid-September to October, and the apples can be stored in a cellar or refrigerator for 2 to 5 months. Mincar apples are ideal for fresh consumption and are widely used for making barrel-fermented and brined apples, allowing for varied applications and long-term preservation of their flavor.
