The 'Altaiskaya Krasavitsa' apple variety is an autumn universal-purpose variety bred at the M.A. Lisavenko Siberian Horticulture Research Institute by crossing the Ermolayeva and Jonared varieties. The tree is medium-sized with a rounded, medium-density crown and good recovery ability. Fruit-bearing begins in the fifth year after planting, allowing for a sufficiently quick harvest. The variety has medium winter hardiness, but freezing may occur in severe winters.

The apples are large, weighing 75 to 111 grams, round with a short-cylindrical shape and prominent smoothed ribbing. The main fruit color is white with a red or crimson skin color uniformly distributed over the surface. The flesh is white, fine-grained, dense, and very juicy, with an acid-sweet dessert taste and medium aroma. The fruit ripens in the first decade of September and has good storability — up to 90 days, allowing for storage and transportation.

The variety is high-yielding and resistant to scab, which significantly eases care and improves fruit quality. Fruits contain up to 16.5% dry soluble substances, up to 12.9% sugars, about 1.0% titratable acids, up to 7.0 mg of vitamin C per 100 grams, and up to 2.9% pectin substances. Due to these characteristics, the apples are suitable for fresh consumption and universal use. Growing this variety is recommended in the Altai Krai region and with a prostrate-bush formation in Siberia.
