Carousel

Antirrhinum "Carousel" is a decorative annual plant from the cabbage family, known for its vibrant velvet flowers in shades of white, pink, red, yellow, raspberry, and orange. The plant reaches a height of 50–60 cm, forming neat bushes of medium size. The flowers are gathered in vertical inflorescences with a lip-shaped form, creating an impressive visual accent in flower beds, borders, and landscaping.

The vegetative period is 80–100 days: seeds are sown in spring (March–April), and planting in the ground – in May. The plant prefers light places but can also grow in partial shade; it is best suited for soils enriched with humus and with good drainage. Moderate watering is required, sufficient to maintain moisture without water stagnation.

Antirrhinum "Carousel" is distinguished by a long flowering period – from June until the onset of cold, which allows it to be used as a decorative element throughout the summer and autumn. The plant is resistant to moderate frosts, does not require covering for winter, and has medium drought tolerance, so with proper care it maintains flower brightness even during dry climate periods.
