Kovas Memory Amaranth is a medium-maturing vegetable variety of amaranth, a herbaceous plant standing from 90 to 110 cm tall. Its dark green, tender, and juicy leaves, along with upright red inflorescences with a brownish hue, make it not only decorative but also a useful plant for growing.
