The 'Studenchesky' variety, developed by the State Biotechnological University and registered in Ukraine in 2009, is a prime example of breeding focused on stable production of high-quality grain. Processing and Grain Utilization

The primary purpose of 'Studenchesky' is the production of food-grade and feed-grade amaranth grain. Due to the disc-shaped form and matte texture of the seeds, the variety is well-suited for cleaning and calibration. The grain is characterized by high nutritional value, making it a sought-after raw material for:

• Production of amaranth flour and groats, used in dietary and gluten-free nutrition.
