Description Erlbek
Erlbek — a new spring oat variety introduced to the European and Ukrainian markets. It has genetically enhanced yield and exhibits high resistance to lodging and stem breakage, allowing it to be grown without growth regulators. The variety is medium-early maturing and shows good disease resistance, though fungicide protection is recommended in case of severe infection to maintain crop health.

Unhulled Erlbek oats retain their husk and bran, making the grain rich in beneficial compounds and preserving its quality for a longer time without oxidation. This oat is widely used for producing whole-grain flour, natural kvass, decoctions, and infusions. It contains vitamins A, B-complex, E, H, as well as essential trace elements — potassium, calcium, magnesium, silicon, iron, zinc, phosphorus, and selenium. In addition, it contains essential amino acids, enzymes, beta-glucans, and scopoletin, making it a valuable product for dietary nutrition and recovery after illness.

Thanks to its antioxidant, general strengthening, and detoxifying properties, unhulled Erlbek oats are recommended for nervous exhaustion, loss of appetite, and after prolonged illnesses, including chemotherapy. Its protein composition closely resembles muscle protein, promoting effective recovery of strength and overall health improvement.
