Wheat variety Youri is a soft winter wheat with high resistance to diseases and adverse climatic conditions. This mid-late maturing variety is characterized by good cold and drought resistance, ensuring stable yield across various regions, including Krasnodar Krai, Rostov Oblast, Adygea Republic, and Stavropol Krai. The plant is medium-height, resistant to lodging and shattering, with good bushiness and low stature, facilitating ease of cultivation and harvest.

Youri variety exhibits high yield — 70-80 centners per hectare at a seeding rate of 4.5-5.0 million viable seeds per hectare. The 1000-seed weight is 35-36 grams. Protein content in the grain ranges from 13-13.7 %, ensuring good baking qualities. The wheat is resistant to brown rust and powdery mildew, and moderately resistant to septoria, reducing yield loss risks and enhancing grain quality.
