Wheat Yasna

Focus on Stability and Tiller Capacity

Winter wheat "Jasna" from the Polish breeding company Hodowla Roslin Rolniczych "Nasiona Kobier" is an ideal choice for farmers prioritizing predictable results in intensive crop production. The main advantage of this variety lies in its ability to form a high density of productive stems: when following standard agronomic practices, it reaches 5.0–5.5 million stems per hectare. This makes "Jasna" a powerful tool for achieving stable yields on medium to fertile soils.

Agronomic Profile and Sowing Features

This variety is a beardless wheat, which simplifies harvesting and subsequent grain processing. As a winter wheat variety adapted to the climatic conditions of Central Europe, it ensures excellent winter hardiness. The high density of productive stems requires careful attention to mineral nutrition management, particularly during the tillering and stem elongation phases. Utilizing this variety allows for the effective realization of potential yield under intensive management, as "Jasna’s" tillering capacity helps compensate for potential minor fluctuations in seeding rates.

Field Application Scenarios

"Jasna" is typically chosen for the following operational tasks:

• Establishing crops in high-fertility fields where reaching the maximum potential sowing density is critical.
• Integration into crop rotations that require high commercial grain mass per hectare.
• Operational planning with an emphasis on uniform ripening: the beardless trait allows for smoother combine operation during threshing.

By selecting seeds from "Nasiona Kobier," producers gain European-standard breeding quality focused on field practicality. This is a variety for those who value technological efficiency and high grain output per unit of area.
