Wheat of class 3 is an important agricultural crop, primarily used for food production. In Ukraine, due to fertile soils, wheat is characterized by high yields and grain quality. According to the updated standard DSTU 3768:2019, wheat is evaluated based on parameters such as class, glassiness, moisture, nature, content of gluten and protein, as well as presence of foreign impurities and pests. Wheat is divided into soft and hard varieties, with soft wheat including four classes and hard wheat five classes, which affects its application and quality. Wheat of class 3 is characterized by a specific level of gluten and grain transparency, which directly affects its price and market demand. Purchase prices for this class of wheat depend on grain quality and other technical parameters considered in trade and deliveries. In Ukraine, there is a well-developed system for monitoring grain prices, enabling farmers and buyers to navigate current market conditions. For sowing and growing wheat of class 3, original seed wheat with quality guarantee according to standard DSTU 2240-93 is offered. Seeds are available for both spring and winter wheat, with delivery options via transport companies or self-pickup from the Cherkasy region. When choosing seeds, it is important to consider their variety characteristics and intended use to ensure optimal growing conditions and high yields. Classification of seeds into hard and soft varieties helps select the most suitable option for specific agrotechnical tasks.
