Popelushka — a variety of soft winter wheat, recommended for cultivation in the forest-steppe and Polissia regions. The plant reaches a height of 94–96 cm and has a cylindrical, medium-length and dense white ear with a strong waxy coating and awns. The variety is characterized by moderate to high winter hardiness, resistance to lodging, shattering, and drought, as well as weak susceptibility to major diseases and pests. The average yield is 57.3–67.9 c/ha, with a maximum of 90.4 c/ha, indicating high productivity. The grain of Popelushka has high quality: protein content is 13.8–14.4%, gluten content is 28.9–30.3%, and flour strength reaches 292–300 units. The bread volume from 100 g of flour reaches 1080 ml, confirming excellent baking properties. This makes the variety attractive for producing high-quality flour and baked goods. Additionally, Popelushka wheat is grown organically on our own fields without chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilizers, ensuring purity and ecological safety of the grain. It germinates quickly and is suitable for preparing grits, flour, porridge, and other dishes, being a nutritious product with protein, fat, carbohydrates, and an energy value of 304 kcal per 100 g. Such a product is suitable for daily use and long-term storage.
