PAVLOGRADKA is a soft spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) variety of medium-late maturity, distinguished by high drought resistance and intended for cultivation in the steppe zone, particularly in the Southern Forest-Steppe and Lowland Steppe of Omsk Oblast. The vegetation period is 79-90 days, ripening 1-2 days earlier than the Silver variety. The plant is tall with a semi-erect bush and weak straw, ensuring resistance to lodging, shattering, and grain germination on the root and in windrows. The ear is pyramidal, of medium density, white in color with a strong waxy coating, which aids in protection against adverse conditions. The mass of 1000 grains varies from 35 to 41 grams, indicating good grain quality. The PAVLOGRADKA variety is characterized by good baking qualities, making it valuable for the production of food wheat. However, it is susceptible to certain diseases, such as root rots, powdery mildew, and brown rust, which requires careful attention to plant protection during growth. Average yield in the West Siberian region reaches 21.6 centners per hectare, confirming its high productivity with proper agronomic care. This wheat variety is recommended for use in No-Till technology, which allows preserving soil structure and improving agricultural ecological indicators.
