Odessky Fakir

Odessky Fakir — a variety of hard winter wheat, registered in the State Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine. It was developed by the Selection-Genetic Institute of the National Center for Seed Science and Variety Testing and is recommended for cultivation in the agro-ecological zones of the Steppe and Forest-Steppe. This variety is distinguished by high yield, frost and winter hardiness, as well as resistance to diseases, making it a reliable choice for farmers seeking a stable harvest under various climatic conditions.

The grain of the Odessky Fakir variety is characterized by high quality: protein content ranges from 13.6–14.9%, and gluten content from 34–38%.
