Protein content in the grain reaches 15.4%, raw gluten is 30.0-32.4%, and flour strength is 328 units of strength, ensuring a voluminous bread yield within 1100-1250 cm³. The overall baking rating of the variety is 4.8 points, indicating high quality of flour and bread. The variety is moderately susceptible to brown rust and has medium resistance to powdery mildew, which requires attention during crop protection.
