Maize R 07096

French genetics for maximum grain yield

The R 07096 maize hybrid from the French breeding leader RAGT is designed for producers who prioritize high grain volume and quality. Belonging to the late-maturity group, this hybrid fully utilizes the entire growing season to ensure robust ear development and optimal grain weight.

Key characteristics of the hybrid

• Starch content: With 71% starch, this hybrid is an excellent choice for the processing industry and high-energy feed production.
• Grain type: The flint-dent grain morphotype offers a perfect balance between vigorous early development and sustained productivity during the grain-filling phase.
• Premium lineage: Developed by RAGT 2N S.A.S in France, this hybrid reflects decades of expertise in corn breeding, ensuring reliable performance in the field.

Who should choose R 07096?

This hybrid is ideal for operations located in regions with long growing seasons and sufficient accumulated temperature units. It is specifically tailored for grain production. Unlike early-maturing varieties, R 07096 stays active longer, allowing it to withstand mid-summer heat stress and continue developing its yield potential well into the season.

Performance advantages

For growers with fertile land and the ability to manage high-input systems, R 07096 is a top performer. It is not designed for early harvest, but for those who aim for maximum grain weight and high starch density. It offers stability and consistent performance, provided the maturity group aligns with the regional climate.
