KAMYSHANKA 4 — a variety of soft winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) with a medium-early maturation period, included in the State Register for the Lower Volga region. Recommended for cultivation in the Right-Bank zone of the Volgograd region on various soil types, including ordinary and southern chernozems, as well as light chestnut and brown soils. Plants are medium-height, ranging from 82 to 103 cm, with a semi-upright bush and stability against lodging at the level of the standard. The mass of 1000 grains varies from 35 to 48 grams, indicating good grain quality.

The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness, exceeding the average level and comparable to the Donetsk 93 variety. Regarding drought resistance, KAMYSHANKA 4 shows indicators above the standard in certain years, making it a reliable choice for regions with variable climatic conditions. The vegetation period ranges from 249 to 305 days, corresponding to the medium-late type. However, the variety is susceptible to brown rust, which requires attention when organizing plant protection.

KAMYSHANKA 4 is valued for its good baking qualities, making it in demand for the production of high-quality flour and bakery products. The originator of the variety is the Federal Scientific Center of Agroecology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and its origin is Russia.
