Kudesnik 2 is an early-maturing variety of shelling vegetable pea, reaching technical maturity in 42 to 56 days after germination. Plants grow up to 60-70 cm in height and require support installation to prevent stem lodging. Pods are weakly curved with a blunt top, up to 7 cm long, with 8 to 10 pods forming per plant, each containing up to 10 wrinkled green seeds. Peas are valued for their stable and uniform yield, as well as high protein content. The main use of the variety is eating green peas at the milk stage of maturity, when they are most tender, sweet, and juicy. Kudesnik 2 is excellent for fresh consumption, freezing, and canning, making it a versatile product for home use. Thanks to its unpretentiousness in cultivation and high yield, this variety will be an excellent choice for gardeners and growers who want to get a tasty and healthy product with minimal time and effort. For successful cultivation, it is recommended to sow seeds in open ground in late April – early May at a depth of 3-6 cm with a row spacing of 15x30 cm. After the appearance of seedlings, supports 1-1.2 m high need to be installed to support the plants. For ensuring prolonged and abundant fruiting, timely watering, regular weeding, soil loosening, and fertilizing with mineral fertilizers are important.
