RZHEUCIKY — a mid-early variety of dill intended for cultivation both for greens and spices. The plant is characterized by a semi-erect leaf rosette with medium-sized leaves, green coloration without anthocyanin expression, and medium dissection with flattened thread-like segments. Leaves reach a length of 20-23 cm and a width of 15-19 cm, while the rosette height is about 23 cm. The plant is spreading, of medium height, with a thick stem of medium length and the presence of basal rosettes at the base of the stem. About 10 leaves form on one plant.
The greens of the RZHEUCIKY variety are distinguished by their tenderness, juiciness, and strong aroma, making them especially valuable for culinary use. The mass of greens from one plant ranges from 20 to 40 grams. Average yield for greens reaches 1.30–1.35 kg per square meter, and for spices – from 1.80 to 3.90 kg per square meter. Commercial maturity begins 41-43 days after the emergence of full seedlings, while spice maturation occurs after 72-81 days.
This dill variety is excellent for various processing methods and applications. RZHEUCIKY is perfect for drying and freezing, as well as for preparing various spices, pickling, and marinating. Due to its characteristics and high yield, it is a universal choice for cultivation both in private households and for commercial purposes.
