Feyerwerk is a bush-type dill variety that forms 3-4 stems from the tillering node, ensuring a lush and heavily foliated plant. The leaves are dark green, of medium size, with a pleasant sweet-dill aroma, making this variety particularly valuable for obtaining bunch production. The leaf rosette is semi-raised, which facilitates the harvesting of greens.
The period from germination to greens harvesting is 35-46 days, to flowering — 55-70 days, and to seed maturity — 90-115 days. Thanks to these terms, Feyerwerk is suitable for sowing in open ground from late April to mid-July, with the possibility of harvesting the crop from early June to late August. It is recommended to conduct sowing in several terms per season to obtain a stable yield.
This variety is characterized by high yield and durability: the leaves practically do not yellow, and stem formation occurs with some delay, which increases the period of greens use. The plant height reaches 45-55 cm, and the mass of the bush can reach about 100 g. Dill Feyerwerk is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for drying and canning, making it a universal choice for various culinary purposes.
