Rubin raspberry is a high-yielding remontant variety with a wave-like fruiting period from July to October. The berries have a rich ruby color, a correct round-conical shape, and an average weight of 3 to 5 grams. They possess a pleasant sweet-and-sour taste with a light refreshing acidity and a bright aroma. Due to high marketability, the fruits withstand transportation and long-term storage well, making them versatile for fresh consumption, as well as for processing into jams, jellies, sauces, and compotes, and for freezing.
Rubin raspberry bushes are powerful and sturdy, reaching a height of 1.7 to 1.9 meters. Canes are predominantly upright, with rare thorns or almost none, which facilitates care and harvest collection.
