Tulip Hoangho

Hoangho Tulips: The Gold Standard for Early Forcing

The 'Hoangho' tulip has secured a firm position in the floriculture market as a benchmark for pure yellow, early-flowering double tulips. Originally bred to meet the demand for dense, peony-like blooms that can withstand variable spring temperatures, this variety has become a staple for both commercial bulb growers and professional landscape designers.

Agronomic Profile and Disease Resistance

The market reputation of 'Hoangho' is built on reliability and ease of cultivation. In large-scale production, this variety is highly valued for its robustness:

• Health & Immunity: The hybrid shows excellent resistance to fusarium wilt and downy mildew, which significantly reduces the need for heavy chemical intervention.
• Structural Integrity: With its medium height, the stem remains sturdy and resistant to lodging, ensuring a high-quality cut flower even in windy conditions.
• Bloom Performance: It occupies a mid-season slot within the early-flowering class, offering flexibility for scheduling harvest waves.

For wholesalers and florists, the 'Hoangho' is synonymous with a clean, intense yellow hue that is free from green undertones, making it a versatile choice for both mono-bouquets and intricate spring arrangements. Its consistent performance makes it a predictable choice for those looking to maximize crop yield without compromising on aesthetic quality.
