Tulip Christmas Record

Christmas Record: A Benchmark in the Triumph Tulip Class

The 'Christmas Record' tulip has established itself as a reliable choice for both professional cut flower production and sophisticated landscape design. Representing the Triumph class, this variety is recognized for its structural integrity, elegant pink petals, and a balanced growth habit that makes it a staple in the mid-season market.

Agronomic Resilience and Disease Resistance

In modern commercial floriculture, variety selection is driven by risk mitigation. 'Christmas Record' is highly regarded for its robust biological profile. It exhibits significant resistance to common soil-borne and viral pathogens, ensuring high yields even in challenging environments. The variety is specifically noted for its resistance to:

• Verticillium wilt;
• Tomato mosaic virus;
• Fusarium wilt;
• Cladosporium disease.

This natural defense mechanism allows growers to achieve consistent results with fewer interventions, making it an economically efficient option for high-quality production.

Aesthetic and Market Utility

The plant features a sturdy, medium-height stem, which provides excellent wind resistance and makes it ideal for dense planting schemes. Its classic, well-defined pink flower shape is highly sought after by retailers due to its long vase life and transport durability. Beyond its commercial applications in floristry, 'Christmas Record' serves as a reliable performer in garden settings, providing consistent blooms and maintaining its upright form throughout the flowering season.
