Triticale Mirolan

Mirolan is a triticale variety intended for cultivation in steppe zones. It belongs to the mid-season varieties with a vegetation period ranging from 260 to 286 days, ensuring its adaptability to various climatic conditions. Plants have a height of 105 to 122 cm and a pyramidal ear type, which contributes to good yield formation.

The variety exhibits high resistance to lodging, shattering, and diseases, including powdery mildew, confirmed by a rating of 9 points for these traits. Mirolan also demonstrates high winter hardiness and drought tolerance, making it a reliable choice for challenging agroclimatic conditions in steppe zones.

The yield potential of this variety varies from 4.3 to 9.7 t/ha depending on the region and growing conditions. The grain has a thousand-grain weight ranging from 47 to 51.7 g and protein content between 12.5-13.7%, ensuring high product quality. Due to these characteristics, Mirolan is widely used in agriculture for obtaining stable and high-quality yields.
