A Compact Choice for Interior Greening

Tradescantia 'Zhemchuzhina' (Pearl) is a product of rigorous selection by the Federal Scientific Center for Vegetable Production. Designed for stability and visual appeal, this variety fits perfectly into small spaces with its height ranging from 15 to 30 cm. It is a reliable choice for those who prefer low-maintenance indoor plants.

Operational Guidelines

The variety is highly valued for its predictable growth and resistance to common indoor environmental stressors. With its vibrant green foliage, 'Zhemchuzhina' brings a clean, fresh look to any desk or shelf. To maintain its decorative form, the plant requires basic but consistent care.

Maintenance and Care

• Lighting: To keep the plant compact and prevent stretching, place it in a spot with bright, indirect light.
• Hydration: The plant appreciates moist soil but is sensitive to waterlogging. Ensure the pot has adequate drainage to prevent root issues.
• Pruning: Occasional pinching of the tips is sufficient to encourage bushier growth and maintain the desired height of 15–30 cm.

As a product of professional selection, this variety demonstrates high adaptability. Propagation via stem cuttings is exceptionally efficient, making it a great choice for expanding your collection without extra investment. It is the perfect balance of aesthetic value and ease of management for both residential and office environments.
