PAPILLETTO

PAPILLETTO — this is an early-maturing tomato hybrid with a cube-shaped fruit, developed by Rijk Zwaan and intended for cultivation in plastic greenhouses during the spring-summer cycle. The plant is indeterminate with long green leaves and simple flower clusters. The peduncle has a joint and retains a green color for a long time, which adds additional appeal to the fruit. The fruits are medium-ribbed, dense, red at maturity, weighing from 53 to 72 grams and usually contain 2–3 seed cavities.

This tomato belongs to the "high-tech" series, characterized by strong plant health and high yield. PAPILLETTO forms 8–9 fruits per cluster, ensuring a marketable fruit yield of 7.6 to 9.4 kg per square meter. The plant features vigorous vegetative growth and compact clusters, which facilitates care and harvesting.

PAPILLETTO fruits have an exceptional dessert flavor and are versatile in use.
