Bell pepper Lopez F1

A Professional Choice: Lopez F1 Pepper

For growers specializing in hot peppers, selecting the right hybrid is the key to balancing yield with market demand. Lopez F1 by Enza Limited is a high-performance Dutch hybrid engineered for maximum productivity in both protected and open-field environments. This variety has become a benchmark for commercial producers aiming to supply both the fresh market and the food processing industry.

Cultivation Scenarios and Agricultural Practice

The primary strength of Lopez F1 lies in its adaptability. In greenhouse conditions, the hybrid provides high yields and allows for precise timing of harvest to reach the market early. When grown outdoors, the plant demonstrates robust resistance to environmental stressors, ensuring consistent fruit quality even under changing weather conditions.

• Technical Maturity Phase: Fruits display a rich green color, ideal for bulk sales where shelf life and durability during transport are essential.
• Biological Maturity Phase: Turning a vibrant red, the peppers become highly sought after for culinary use and the production of spicy sauces. The conical shape is optimized for packaging, drying, or processing into spice powders.

Why Growers Trust This Hybrid

Field experience confirms that Lopez F1 is forgiving of minor irrigation or temperature fluctuations, which are common in film greenhouses. Its conical fruits are firm and crack-resistant, significantly reducing waste during the sorting process. For the farmer, this translates into direct economic benefits: lower harvest losses and a higher yield of premium-grade produce per hectare.

The hybrid adapts well to various planting densities, maximizing space efficiency in any setting. By choosing Lopez F1, you are investing in a reliable solution that delivers consistent performance from transplanting all the way to final delivery.
