LUSHITSA

Lushitza — an early indeterminate tomato hybrid that matures in 100–105 days after planting. This variety features plum-shaped fruits weighing 120–140 grams, with smooth surfaces and firm texture. The fruit color is golden-orange, giving them an attractive appearance. Up to 7–9 fruits form per cluster, and the first flower bud appears on the 7th–9th leaf. Harvesting can be done either by clusters or individually, which is convenient for different harvesting methods.

The tomato Lushitza has a pleasant sweet-sour taste and high sugar content, as well as elevated levels of beta-carotene, making it not only tasty but also nutritious. The hybrid is characterized by stress tolerance and resistance to several diseases, including tobacco mosaic virus (ToMV), Alternaria (Asc), powdery mildew (Pst), Fusarium wilts (Fol 1–3), and Verticillium wilt (Va, Vd).

It is recommended to grow Lushitza in plastic greenhouses or open ground with mandatory support stakes. This approach provides optimal conditions for plant growth and development, promoting high-quality yields. Due to its characteristics and versatility, this hybrid is suitable for both commercial cultivation and home gardening.
