MALVARIYA

MALVARIYA — mid-early indeterminate tomato hybrid of type LSL, intended for cultivation in protected ground, including all types of greenhouses. From germination to fruiting, it takes 105–115 days. The plant is medium-height, robust, and compact, with the first flower cluster forming above the 7th–9th leaf. The recommended planting density is 2.5 plants per square meter (70x45 cm), which ensures high yield exceeding 35 kg per square meter.

MALVARIYA’s fruits are round, smooth, red, with long, open calyxes. Fruit weight exceeds 300 grams; they are dense, multi-chambered, and resistant to cracking. The hybrid features excellent taste qualities, high marketability, good fruit set, and outstanding transportability and storability. Tomatoes retain their attractive appearance and quality during transport and storage.

The hybrid is resistant to several diseases, including tomato bronze virus (TSWV), tomato mosaic virus (ToMV), tomato leaf curl virus (TYLCV), cladosporiasis, fusarium (Fol 1-2), and gall nematodes (Mi, Ma). Additionally, MALVARIYA exhibits good cold and drought tolerance, and maintains fruit set even at high temperatures. These characteristics make it a versatile and reliable choice for fresh consumption.
