Victory CL — a high-yielding mid-early sunflower hybrid of the new generation, designed for cultivation under challenging and drought-prone conditions. The vegetation period lasts 105–112 days, ensuring mid-early maturity. Plants reach a height of 155–165 cm, and the head has a half-ascending position at a 45° angle with a convex shape, which promotes efficient maturation and harvest.
The hybrid features high seed oil content — from 51% to 53% — making it an excellent choice for oil production. Due to its fine parenchyma, it exhibits good moisture release during maturation, enhancing seed quality and resilience to adverse weather conditions. The hybrid’s yield exceeds 40 c/ha, confirming its high productivity.
Victory CL demonstrates high resistance to a broad spectrum of diseases, including downy mildew, white mold (sclerotinia), fomopsis, false powdery mildew, gray mold, and fomosis. Additionally, the hybrid shows high drought and heat stress tolerance. It is suitable for cultivation on various soil types and is included in the State Register of the Russian Federation for the Volga Region (7).
