GaiChur is a sunflower hybrid developed within the scientific and technical program for oilseed crops in Ukraine. It has undergone ecological trials in four selection centers of the country, where it was evaluated for adaptive capacity and ecological stability. Thanks to these studies, the GaiChur hybrid stands out for its high yield and stable performance, confirmed by its submission to the State Variety Testing.
The company engaged in sunflower production and breeding is located in the urban-type settlement Ternovatoye of the Novonikolaevsky District in the Zaporizhzhia region. Here, crop farming is conducted, including the cultivation of cereals, legumes, and oilseed crops, among which sunflower occupies an important place. The region also operates a modern elevator with a grain storage capacity of up to 65,000 tons, capable of simultaneously storing up to four crop types and ensuring daily product loading of up to 1,300 tons via road transport.
In addition, alongside sunflower cultivation, a wide range of agricultural products is offered: seeds, plant protection products, mineral fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, complex preparations, seed treatments, adhesives, insecticides, microelement fertilizers, stress protectants, and biostimulants. This enables a comprehensive approach to sunflower cultivation and protection, enhancing efficiency and quality of the harvest.
