Description Tavria
Soya of the Tavría variety is a grain crop of medium-early maturity, intended for cultivation in forest-steppe and steppe regions. Plants reach a height of 70 to 90 cm, which ensures optimal conditions for yield formation. The variety is characterized by high resistance to main diseases and stress factors, which contributes to a stable and high-quality harvest. The recommended sowing density at harvest time is 550-600 thousand plants per hectare, which allows for maximum effective use of the sown area.

Quality indicators of Tavría soya include a protein content of 38.4% and oiliness of about 22%, which makes this variety medium-oily. The mass of a thousand grains is 182.7 grams, indicating good development and seed density. The yield potential of the variety reaches 3.0 tons per hectare, which is a respectable figure for grain soya under the specified climatic conditions.

The product has high nutritional value: in 100 grams there are 50 grams of protein, 1.5 grams of fat, and 30 grams of carbohydrates, and the caloric content is 334 kilocalories. Tavría soya is released in the form of granules and requires storage in a dry and cool place to preserve its qualities. Thanks to its characteristics and nutritional properties, this variety of soya is suitable for various areas of use, including the food industry and feed production.
