Sugar beet SMART TALIDIA KWS

A Technological Leap in Sugar Beet Cultivation

German breeding from KWS has maintained a leading position in industrial beet production for decades, and "Smart Talida KWS" stands as a prime example of this evolution. This triploid hybrid is specifically tailored for farmers focused on achieving stable, high yields alongside a robust phytosanitary defense system.

Yield Potential and Disease Resistance

Classified as a Normal-Yielding (NE) type, this hybrid achieves an ideal balance between sugar accumulation and root mass development. Its core market advantage is its comprehensive genetic resistance to the most critical sugar beet pathogens: rhizomania and cercospora. Given the increasing infectious pressure in modern climate conditions, this inherent protection allows producers to minimize crop losses while reducing the need for intensive fungicide applications.

Strategic Agricultural Advantage

The SMART system, which "Smart Talida KWS" is a core part of, represents the modern agribusiness response to the demand for flexible weed control. Using this hybrid in tandem with specialized herbicides enables producers to manage weed competition with surgical precision, without suppressing the crop itself. It is a premium solution for farms that prioritize clean fields and resource optimization during the cultivation cycle.
