The root crop has an oval-conical or wide-conical shape, features significant mass — about 726 grams, which contributes to high yield. The hybrid 'Raskat' demonstrates stable and high root crop yield, reaching 409-580 c/ha (ц/ha - ц/ha), with sugar content within 16.4-17.9%. Sugar output ranges from 66.8 to 96.3 c/ha (ц/ha - ц/ha), ensuring efficient sugar production. The plant possesses high drought and root rot resistance, increasing its adaptability to unfavorable conditions. Meanwhile, disease resistance, such as to Cercospora, Ramularia, and powdery mildew, is assessed as moderate, however, the hybrid is weakly affected by root rot and root rot.
