Sugar beet Narcos is a hybrid developed for high yield and quality sugar. This variety is recommended for cultivation in various regions of Russia, including the Central Chernozem, North Caucasus, Volga, Ural, West Siberian regions, as well as Stavropol Krai. The plant is characterized by medium height and resistance to major diseases, ensuring stable yields and minimal losses during cultivation.
The root yield of the Narcos variety reaches 584.3 centners per hectare, with sugar content in the roots amounting to approximately 17.6%. The sugar harvest index significantly exceeds standard values: by 11.7 centners per hectare in Rostov Oblast and by 7.0 centners per hectare in Stavropol Krai. These indicators make this hybrid attractive for farmers aiming for maximum efficiency in sugar beet production.
In addition to high productivity, the Narcos variety is characterized by low maintenance requirements and disease resistance, confirmed by the absence of diseases during long-term trials. Thanks to these qualities, the hybrid is widely used in agricultural practice and is included in the State Register of selection achievements approved for use.
