CHEVALIER is a monopodial diploid sugar beet hybrid based on a sterile Z-type foundation, designed for industrial cultivation in various regions of Russia. The hybrid is characterized by late maturity and high resistance to major diseases such as fusarium, scab, and aphanomyces root rots, ensuring crop stability and product quality. It is recommended for cultivation in the North Caucasus, Central Black Earth, Middle Volga, and Urals regions, where it demonstrates high adaptability and productivity.

Average root yield varies by region and ranges from 454.5 to 692 centners per hectare. The mass of one root is approximately 574 grams. Sugar content in the roots ranges from 14.7% to 18%, providing a high sugar yield of up to 102 centners per hectare. These indicators make the hybrid attractive for the sugar industry, ensuring efficient sugar production.
