PERFECTA is a single-seeded diploid hybrid of sugar beet belonging to the mid-season yield-sugary type. The plant is of medium height with erect green leaves, having medium width and length of the leaf blade, light green petioles, and weak glossiness. The root crop has a broadly conical shape of medium length and differs in significant mass, reaching on average from 557 to 907 grams depending on the growing region. The vegetation period is about 180 days, which allows the hybrid to successfully adapt to various climatic conditions. The PERFECTA hybrid is characterized by high resistance to root rots, including rhizoctonia and fusarium, as well as to cercosporosis and rhizomancy. This triple resistance ensures reliability and yield stability even under conditions of insufficient rainfall and extreme drought, while the plant drops less leaf blade. Thanks to these qualities, the hybrid is well-preserved in field rows, which facilitates storage and subsequent processing of root crops. PERFECTA demonstrates high yield and sugar content, making it attractive for industrial cultivation. Root crop yield reaches up to 90 tons per hectare, and sugar content varies from 15.6% to 19%, depending on growing conditions and region. The average root crop mass is about 900 grams, which contributes to high sugar collection - up to 116.2 centners per hectare. These indicators make the PERFECTA hybrid an effective choice for agrarians seeking a stable and high-quality sugar beet yield.
