Sugar beet BTS SMART 3525

BTS SMART 3525 sugar beet is a modern hybrid developed for efficient cultivation under various soil-climatic conditions, particularly in the Central Chernozem region. This medium-late hybrid is characterized by high yield — average root crop harvest reaches 555.2 centners per hectare, with sugar content in the roots at 18.4%, ensuring a sugar harvest of approximately 101.1 centners per hectare. Plants of medium height with broad-conical roots weighing around 634 grams, facilitating harvesting and processing.

One of the key features of BTS SMART 3525 is its high resistance to major sugar beet diseases. The hybrid exhibits strong resistance to Fusarium root rots and powdery mildew, as well as basic resistance to cercosporosis and downy mildew. Additionally, it shows moderate resistance to aphanomyces root rots and moderate resistance to root maggots, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss and enhancing production stability.

The BTS SMART 3525 hybrid is also adapted for use in modern agronomic technologies, including the CONVISO®SMART weed control system. This enables effective weed control, improving growing conditions for sugar beet and enhancing economic efficiency. Thanks to its combination of high yield, disease resistance, and compatibility with innovative technologies, BTS SMART 3525 is a reliable choice for farmers seeking stable and high-quality harvests.
