Sugar beet BTS SMART 9830

The hybrid sugar beet BTS SMART 9830 is a modern variety developed using traditional selection methods and registered in the State Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine in 2021. It is characterized by high yield and adapted to various soil-climatic conditions, making it an attractive choice for agricultural producers. The hybrid's root has a wide-conical shape and is fully buried in the soil, promoting effective plant development.

One of the key features of BTS SMART 9830 is its high resistance to major sugar beet diseases, including cercosporosis, fusarium rots, powdery mildew, and aphanomyces. The hybrid has a medium level of resistance to these diseases, ensuring stable yields and reducing the risk of losses. Additionally, the seeds are prepared using the UltiPro activation technology, which enhances their quality and germination rate.

For weed control, an innovative CONVIZO® SMART system with the herbicide CONVIZO® 1 is used, to which the hybrid has resistance. This technology allows for effective weed control while reducing the volume and frequency of herbicide application, contributing to ecological safety and economic efficiency of production. BTS SMART 9830 is a reliable choice for achieving high sugar yields with minimal investment in plant protection.
