BTS 875

The hybrid sugar beet BTS 875 is a mid-late maturing variety included in the State Register for the North Caucasus region and recommended for the Central Chernozem and Volga regions. This single-stemmed diploid hybrid on a sterile N-type base is characterized by high yield and good agronomic traits. The root mass is approximately 563 grams, ensuring a significant sugar harvest ranging from 76.6 to 126.8 centners per hectare depending on the growing region.

BTS 875 is ideally suited for mid-to-late harvest periods, especially effective when grown in southern regions. The hybrid demonstrates high resistance to major sugar beet diseases such as cercospora and powdery mildew, as well as tolerance to Fusarium rot, contributing to stable yields and reduced losses under adverse weather conditions.

Depending on the growing region, yield and sugar content vary: in the Central Chernozem region, average root yield reaches 516.4 centners/ha with sugar content of 17.2%, while in the Volga region, yield may reach 774.3 centners/ha with sugar content of 15.6%.
