BOGEMA is a medium-late variety of table beet of the new generation, characterized by high yield and adaptability to various soil types. The root crops have an oval-flat shape and a dark burgundy color, with their mass ranging from 250 to 500 grams. The flesh is dark burgundy, juicy, tender, and without ringiness, ensuring excellent taste qualities and high commercial attractiveness.

This variety has high resistance to cercosporosis and bolting, which reduces the need for thinning and makes plant care easier. Thanks to its unpretentiousness and ability to be stored well, BOGEMA is suitable for long-term winter storage while maintaining its nutritional and therapeutic properties. High storability makes it convenient for use in various culinary purposes.
