PRIMORSKAYA 86

The Soybean variety Primorskaya 86 is a medium-late maturing variety with a vegetation period of up to 124 days and a tendency towards very late maturity. Plants are characterized by high leafiness, light gray stem pubescence, and dark gray seed color at full maturity. Flowers have white corolla color, while seeds are oval-elongated, yellow with a matte surface and a wide dark brown hilum. The mass of 1000 seeds ranges from 180 to 190 grams.

Yield in various conditions reaches 2.7 to 3.6 tons per hectare, with an average yield in the Far Eastern region of about 14.6-16 centners per hectare, and maximum indicators up to 29.3 centners. Protein content in seeds is high at approximately 37.9-39.2%, while oil content ranges from 19.6 to 22.6%. Green mass of soybeans also shows significant oil and crude protein content, making this variety valuable for feed and food use.

Primorskaya 86 exhibits resistance and tolerance to the main pathogenic fungal diseases characteristic of the Far Eastern region, including septoria, cercospora, and downy mildew. This reduces plant infection by 11-24% compared to standard varieties, contributing to yield stability and reduced costs for crop protection. The variety is recommended for cultivation in the Primorsky Krai and is suitable for regional agroclimatic conditions.
