Description SIBIRYACHKA
The Siberiyanka soybean variety represents an early-maturing culture from the Ukrainianika group, recommended for cultivation in the regions of Western and Eastern Siberia, including the Novosibirsk and Omsk regions. Plants have a height ranging from 65.9 to 120 cm, with the attachment of lower pods at a height of 9.5 to 14.9 cm, which facilitates harvest collection. Stems can be of semi-determinate to indeterminate growth type, with reddish-brown pubescence, while flowers have a purple hue. Seeds are of medium size, elongated, yellow in color with a dark brown hilum, with the mass of 1000 seeds varying from 131 to 172 grams. Siberiyanka is distinguished by a high protein content in seeds, reaching 33.4-38.6%, and fat within 17.8-23.6%, making this variety particularly valuable for the food and feed industries. The variety is resistant to bacterial wilt, which enhances its reliability and reduces the risk of crop loss. Average yield in the West Siberian region is about 8.2 centners per hectare, while in the East Siberian region it reaches 14.1 centners per hectare, exceeding standard indicators. The maximum yield recorded in the Omsk region reached 19.1 centners per hectare, and in 2016 in the experimental farm of the Omsk Agrarian Scientific Center - 3.44 tons per hectare. The Siberiyanka variety has a number of advantages, including rapid maturity, increased productivity potential, and high attachment of lower pods, which facilitates mechanized harvest collection. These characteristics make it an attractive choice for farmers seeking to obtain a high-quality and high-yield product under Siberian climate conditions. Thanks to its properties, Siberiyanka is successfully used in agriculture for the production of soy raw materials with high protein and fat content.
