Soybean Acardia

Soybean variety Acardia is a mid-late maturing, high-yielding variety widely used in various regions of Austria. This variety is characterized by high yield stability and resistance to diverse stressful weather conditions, making it a reliable choice for cultivation under challenging climatic conditions. Rapid early growth and pronounced "Stay green" effect allow the plant to maintain green biomass almost until harvest, minimizing grain losses even under unfavorable maturation conditions.

Acardia has an indeterminate growth habit and moderate branching, ensuring optimal yield formation. Row spacing for planting can vary from 12.5 to 70 cm, allowing adaptation to different agronomic requirements. Seeds of this variety have yellow hilum and thousand-grain mass ranging from 168 to 195 g, indicating large seed size and high seed quality.

The variety is distinguished by high protein content in the seed — 38 to 42%, and high oil content — 22 to 24%, making it attractive for use in food and feed industries. Yield of Acardia variety exceeds 50 t/ha, confirming its high productivity. Recommended seeding rate is 420,000 to 500,000 viable seeds per hectare, ensuring optimal plant density and maximum yield.
