Avantyurin

Avanturin soybean variety is a fast-maturing and high-yielding grain variety with a vegetation period of 80 to 95 days. It was developed through hybridization to enhance adaptability to stress factors and can successfully grow even on acidic soils with pH 4.5–5.5. Plant height reaches 70–90 cm, ensuring resistance to lodging and shattering, as well as resistance to bacterial and viral diseases.

Avanturin is characterized by high yield potential, ranging from 3.0 to 4.0 tons per hectare, with yields reaching 30–36 c/ha in certain climatic zones of Ukraine. The variety rapidly loses moisture during ripening, facilitating harvest and reducing losses. The recommended seeding density at harvest time is 550–650 thousand plants per hectare. The 1000-seed weight varies between 170–190 grams.

Avanturin soybean has high protein content — from 38% to 43% — as well as significant oil content in the seeds — 22–26%. The variety responds well to the application of sand and biological fertilizers, allowing increased productivity and quality. It is included in the State Register of plant varieties suitable for distribution in Ukraine and is recommended for cultivation in the forest-steppe zone of the country. Due to its stability and adaptability, Avanturin is a reliable choice for agricultural production.
