Triada

Soybean variety Triada is an early-maturing, high-yielding grain variety recommended for cultivation in forest-steppe, forest, and steppe regions of Ukraine. Plants are determinate type with height of about 70-90 cm and lower pod attachment height of 12-14 cm. Seeds are oval, yellow in color with gray hilum, weighing 144-190 g per 1000 seeds. Flowers are white, and plant hairs are light-brown. The vegetative period is approximately 100-110 days, ensuring early harvest. The variety is characterized by high resistance to stress conditions, including drought, as well as to major soybean diseases: downy mildew, ascochitosis, septoria, bacterial blight, and fusarium. Additionally, Triada exhibits resistance to cracking and lodging, contributing to the preservation of yield quality and quantity. Resistance rating for these factors reaches 9 points, confirming the reliability of the variety under various climatic conditions. Yield potential ranges from 5.5 t/ha to 22.8 c/ha depending on the cultivation region. Seeds contain high levels of protein — 39.5% to 42% — and oil — 20.5-23% — making Triada a valuable raw material for food and oilseed industries. Recommended sowing rate is 600-700 thousand seeds per hectare, ensuring optimal plant development and maximum productivity.
