ARLETA

Soybean variety ARLETA is a mid-season determinate variety with an optimal vegetation period of about 99 days. This allows plants to ripen before the frosts even in northern regions of Russia, while in southern conditions the variety demonstrates drought resistance, forming a harvest before the onset of the August drought. Plants are of medium height with an erect or semi-erect growth type, have gray pubescence on the main stem and purple flowers. Seeds are of medium size, spherical shape, yellow color with a yellow hilum, 1000-seed weight ranges from 151 to 163 grams.

ARLETA is distinguished by high resistance to lodging and bean cracking during delayed harvesting, which ensures the preservation of the harvest and its quality. The variety has high plasticity and technicability, which makes it attractive for cultivation in various agro-climatic zones. The attachment height of the lower pod varies from 11.5 to 14.7 cm, which facilitates harvest collection.

The yield of the ARLETA variety is quite high and varies depending on the growing region. In the North Caucasus region, the average yield reaches 23.2 c/ha, with maximum indicators up to 41.9 c/ha. In the Central Black Earth region, the average yield is 18.4 c/ha, with a maximum in the Belgorod region up to 38.9 c/ha. Protein content in seeds is in the range of 41.0-42.0%, which makes the variety a valuable source of protein, and fat content is 22.4-24.4%. Thanks to these characteristics, the ARLETA variety is promising for cultivation in various regions of Russia, providing a stable and quality harvest.
