Soybean Ariadna

Stable yields without excessive fungicide costs

When selecting soybean varieties for intensive farming, crop immunity is a critical factor. The "Ariadna" variety, developed by the Plant Breeding and Genetics Institute, is known as one of the most technologically efficient choices for Ukrainian farms. In a changing climate, this variety shows high adaptability, minimizing the risk of harvest loss.

Agronomic indicators and grain quality

The main strength of this variety is its balanced seed composition. Depending on the farming practices and weather conditions, protein content reliably ranges from 35% to 43%, with oil content varying between 15% and 23%. This makes the yield highly valued for both processing facilities and export markets.

Protection and operational performance

As a farm operator, you will appreciate the predictability of the "Ariadna" crops when dealing with key pathogens. The variety possesses genetically inherent resistance to:

• Peronosporosis (downy mildew);
• Fusarium wilt, which is crucial for preventing root rot;
• Ascochyta blight, which typically targets foliage during high-humidity periods.

By eliminating the need for extra fungicide applications against these specific diseases, you can significantly reduce the cost of production per ton. The crops mature uniformly, simplifying harvesting operations and reducing grain loss at the header. This low-maintenance variety responds well to standard agronomic practices, allowing for confident seasonal planning and consistent results.
