Description Abelia
Abelina soybean variety is a medium-early, high-yielding variety with a vegetative period of about 100-105 days. It is characterized by rapid early growth and high yield potential, reaching 3.5-4.0 t/ha (35-40 c/ha). Plants grow to a height of 70-90 cm, and pod formation begins at a height of 12-15 cm. The variety is adapted for cultivation in various soil-climate zones, demonstrating stable high yields of high-quality grain.

Abelina exhibits high resistance to diseases, including bacterial blight, downy mildew, and other viral infections, as well as good tolerance to stress factors such as spring frosts, summer heat, and drought. This contributes to excellent plant phytosanitary condition throughout the entire vegetation period. Recommended sowing depth is 3-4 cm, and row spacing varies from 12.5 to 45 cm. Optimal plant density at harvest time is 500-600 thousand plants/ha.

The grain of the Abelina variety is characterized by high protein content (39-42%) and fat content (19-21%), exceeding the values of many varieties of its maturity group. The 1000-grain weight is 145-150 g. Due to its early maturity and high productivity, this variety is suitable for obtaining harvests at optimal times and is a good predecessor for winter cereals. Intended use — grain.
